"A couple months ago, I tried out the Oticon Intent hearing aid. After saving up the money to purchase, I went back and saw Theresa. She answered all my questions that I thought of. I picked up my new hearing aids yesterday. Today I had a question, so I called. Carly tried to help and found another person to help me since Theresa wasn't in Urbandale today. Everyone at the office are friendly and fun to visit with. I didn't feel pressured and enjoyed the experience. This is the second pair of hearing aids I've purchased here. Thanks Linda"
